Made use of the stitching feature on my camera to take this shot of the sky… impending bad weather was supposed to be on it’s way, but it ended up staying to the south. The camera really does a damn good job of stitching the three pics together. To fully appreciate this one, click on the image to see the full-size version.

Biked for the first time in a couple weeks (damn spring rains!). Felt great! 15 miles, including this stretch around Lake Phalen. Shortly after this tip of my shoelace got caught in the front gears, wrapped around the pedal a bit. Whee fun. Nothing major, just had to untangle it, stop, re-tie shoe.

Lunch out at another park (Laddie Lake Park) not too far from work today.

Took lunch over to Kordiak Park again today. This was the view from the picnic table I sat at. (had cranberry quinoa salad with chicken in it btw)

I needed a picture of the sun for a project I’m working on. I couldn’t find just what I wanted online… and well, I looked out my back door and managed to catch this one. Not too bad for a point and shoot with no filters eh?

Beautiful spring weather is back! Rode the bike to Stillwater today, it’s bout 17miles or so. Was a nice ride, then found out there was an arts and crafts fair going on, so hung out there for a couple hours. I know the guy that has the popcorn wagon that was there. Hadn’t seen him in a couple years, he didn’t recognize me at first. Chatted with him awhile. Then the 17miles home again. Felt good, tho started getting a bit saddle sore about 8miles from home.
