I played paintball today, and while I got hit in the head a couple times… my mask took the brunt of it and I had no head wounds to show off. But Siren here decided to make her paintball come-back (after not playing for about 4 years) in shorts… and took one in the leg from Saint here.

I didn’t get many photos from today, cause shortly after I took this it started raining and and I was just too busy playing all day. Here’s Darrin (owner of Splat-Tag) after visiting Badger and Randy at the CC Military booth. Despite the rain, it was a GREAT day of paintball. And yes, I got shot in the head… many times… but nothing photo worthy.

Spent the afternoon out at Splat-Tag with some buddies from our paintball team. Was a good turnout… 30+ people out there today I think…? Temps in the upper 30s, lots of snow to crawl around in… was a GREAT day for paintball. Here’s a shot of Larry/Oldest Sage on the tower field. Was out there with my Tippmann SL68-II, didn’t get any hits, but was running around the field quite a bit, keeping the other guys busy where I could.

So I’m running some errands this morning, had to return something at Home Depot, figure I would get an oil change, and as I’m driving down White Bear Ave I see that Dave is working at CC Military Surplus. Figure I’d stop in and chat a few minutes about our upcoming paintball team boot camp weekend.

I shoulda known better. I walked out the proud owner of the new Tippmann TPX paintball pistol serial number 225. They had the holster as well, but no extra clips yet. I just bought the marker for now…. but I’m sure I’ll be getting the holster before long.
