I’ve always been the one on our team to take a lot of head shots when we play paintball, but since I’ve beenlosing weight, it only seems to be getting worse. This one was compliments of Rogue. Oh well, still had fun today! I hadn’t used my A-5 for awhile, was nice to be running with it a bit.

Ok, yea, I kinda grill all year round. But had it not been kinda rainy/windy out this weekend, I would have been grilling outside instead of in the garage. But hey… it still tasted great!

As the temps warm up, the snow melts, you get a nice fog. Visibility this morning was maybe quarter-mile at best. It’s been cloudy and dreary like this for a few days, and not expected to get any better for a few more days yet.

Recent warm weather has really been eating away at all the snow we’ve had around here, and this morning I noticed this poor lost sole, now exposed to the world.

Right bout now, 11 months ago, I was going through admissions at Unity Hospital in preparation for my bariatric surgery. I weighed in at 322 pounds that morning. Here’s where I’m at today…

This weekend was spent at the gym a lot (doing water walking in the pool now), cleaning a bit, going to see Alice, and trying to enjoy the warming weather a bit, and all I managed to get a picture of was my dinner tonight. Broiled shrimp and some ’stir-fry’ quinoa with peas, corn and carrot.
