Right bout now, 11 months ago, I was going through admissions at Unity Hospital in preparation for my bariatric surgery. I weighed in at 322 pounds that morning. Here’s where I’m at today…

This weekend was spent at the gym a lot (doing water walking in the pool now), cleaning a bit, going to see Alice, and trying to enjoy the warming weather a bit, and all I managed to get a picture of was my dinner tonight. Broiled shrimp and some ‘stir-fry’ quinoa with peas, corn and carrot.

We’re zipping right along on the construction of our second Papa Murphy’s store. Just bid a third one too… hopefully this is going to turn in to a good client for us! Well, clients since they are franchises, but you get the idea.
