Had a few minutes to kill before meeting some friends for dinner so I stopped at a local park and walked by the lake a bit. Was a very nice day.. nearly 60… lil breezy, but that’s cause even warmer weather is on it’s way! Gonna be pushing low 70s this week!

Well, this is why I haven’t gotten many pics up this last few days. Been working extra hours to get this Papa Murphy’s store finished up. We were here Saturday morning doing the last bit of cleaning. They have their “Friends & Family” opening tomorrow and officially open on Monday!

It hit 60 again today, so I got the bike out again! Just down the Gateway Trail, around Lake Phalen and back again… bout 8 miles. I want to start doing this 2-3 times a week on top of hitting the gym for some weights… maybe even get to the point where I bike around [...]

::sigh:: Reheated some pumpkin seed crusted chicken… and it kind of blew up on me. Bout have the pumpkin seed coating went from being on the chicken to being splattered around the inside of the microwave. It still tasted delicious though.
